Steps to follow when placing an order:

  1. Browse through our product range using the categories on the left.
  2. If you see a product you want, click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the selected item to your quote. Once you have selected everything you would like a quote requested for, proceed to the “View Cart” and “Checkout” section
  3. Select the items and the quantity next to the item listing and Update your cart as needed.
  4. Click on “Checkout” to complete your details.
  5. A quotation will be sent to you via fax/email.
  6. You may deposit the money into our bank account, (payment must reflect on our system which normally takes about 24 hours.) or pay in cash upon delivery.
  7. You may arrange your own transport for collection. This will omit all delivery fees.

Orders within Western Cape

  1. Please FAX/email sp1@sparkle.co.za your order with all your relevant contact details and physical address.
  2. A quotation will then be sent to you or given telephonically.
  3. If not for collection, a charge for delivery will be added.
  4. You may deposit the money into our bank account, (payment must reflect on our system which normally takes about 24 hours.) or pay in cash upon delivery.
  5. You may arrange your own transport for collection. This will omit all delivery fees.

Eastern Cape or Northern Cape Orders

  1. Please FAX/EMAIL vl@sparkle.co.za your order to ATTN VICTOR with all your relevant contact details (including a fax number) and physical address.
  2. A quotation will then be sent to you along with our banking details.
  3. Quotation includes courier or postage costs.
  4. Please fax the banking deposit slip back to sparkle products, deposit slip must reflect your name surname as well as mobile number.
  5. After receiving proof of payment, money needs to reflect in our bank account which normally takes 24/48hrs.
  6. It will then be invoiced and sent through for packing.
  7. Postage orders delivery period + -7 to 14 working days.
  8. A tracking number for post orders will be sms’d to your cell phone, 5-8 days thereafter receiving text message you may collect your parcels at your post office. Please produce tracking number to teller. If you do not collect your parcels within 30 days the post office will send it back to us you will then be held liable for the postage costs.
  9. Courier orders delivery period + – 5 to 7 working days.
  10. A waybill number will then be sms’d to your cell phone. Please note that the courier company will call when they deliver.
  11. You may arrange your own transport for collection, this will omit transport fees, please note step 5 and 6 applies to collections as well. We will then notify you when the order is ready for collection.
  12. Please note that Eastern Cape and Namibia orders will only be processed on weekdays and not on Saturdays.

For Namibia and all cross border executions

  1. Please FAX/EMAIL vl@sparkle.co.za your order to ATTN VICTOR with all your relevant contact details (including a fax number) and physical address.
  2. A quotation will then be sent to you along with our banking details.
  3. Quotation includes transport, handling, VAT payment and document fees.
  4. Please fax the banking deposit slip back to Sparkle Products.
  5. After receiving proof of payment, your order will then be prepared for delivery. However, payment must reflect on our system which normally takes about 24 hours.
  6. The transport company, Transworld, will then deliver the goods. Their trucks run twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
  7. You may arrange your own transport for collection. This will omit all handling fees.
